CuNi alloy low resistance wires Copper-nickel alloy resistance wire has high electrical conductivity, which makes it excellent in situations where efficient energy transmission is required. The oxide film formed on the surface of copper-nickel alloys has good oxidation resistance, which can extend the service life of the heating element. Copper-nickel alloys are resistant to many chemicals, allowing them to maintain good performance in various environments.Copper-nickel alloys have good processing properties and can be made into various shapes of heating elements by various processing methods.The resistivity of copper-nickel alloys is low, so the resistance of the resistance wire can be reduced under the same length and cross-sectional area, thereby reducing the heating power and increasing the efficiency.These advantages make copper-nickel resistance wire an important material for heating elements and are widely used in the area of making heating cable, variable resistors, low voltage appliances, machine tool electric appliances, wound resistors etc. The most common alloys are CuNi1, CuNi2, CuNi6, CuMn3, CuNi8, CuNi10, CuNi14, CuNi19, CuNi23, CuNi30, CuNi44, 6J40, 6J11, 6J12, 6J8, 6J13, Monel 400, Monel 500 etc. .
